Introduction to Crystal Bowls Sound Healing
A one day non-residential workshop in Glastonbury with
Michaela O’Driscoll
The pure crystal sound is an amazing tool that helps amplify and purify intention and prayer, calm the mind bringing deep peace and relaxation. The sound has the ability to penetrate at the physical cellular level as well as the mental, emotional and soul level. Addictions, fears and pain begin to drop away to be replaced by a deep sense of relaxation and peace.
We will learn about staying on track, tools to enhance being on the spiritual path and maintaining health at all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. We will use toning, breath, meditation, sharing and gentle movement.
In the afternoon we will have a full crystal sound healing.
This will be an experiential course, with the emphasis on healing from the heart and nurturing.
Please bring a blanket or pillow so you can be comfortable and water to drink.
