Collette Barnard and Elizabeth Forsyth - Sweet Track Counselling
An experiential day for therapists and practitioners interested in learning and developing spiritual counselling skills. Sweet-Track Counselling has been runnings accredited courses in spiritual counselling in Glastonbury since 2002. The aim is to empower people's spiritual identity and professional expression, drawing on many traditions to encompass each others differences.
Six learning outcomes:
- An exploration into the 5 key stages of personal development.
- To look at the potential trauma and needs of each key stages.
- How these key stages can influence our spiritual preference .
- How to honour your client as a Spiritual Being .
- The importance of mindfulness and core-connection to hold a clear energetic space.
- An introduction to a meditation technique.
