Psychic Art - Course Details

Connect with and trust your spirit guide

The first step to Psychic Art is learning to trust the messages and prompts given to you by your Spirit Guide. Through several fun exercises and meditations, you will learn to connect more closely with your guide, and to trust the guidance they are giving you as you work with them.

Channel writing and drawing

Psychic Art or Spirit Portraiture begins with learning to channel. These practical exercises, including automatic writing and drawing, are important steps to channelling – great practice for both you and your guide! Other exercises will help you to receive spirit messages or information as you work.

Draw basic facial structure

When drawing spirit portraits, it is very helpful for you to understand basic facial structure. Although you will be learning to channel your guide’s direction, your own knowledge of how to draw a face will make drawing spirit portraits much easier on both of you!

Open your creative and intuitive art channels

One major block on psychic art or spirit portraiture is our very own inner critic – those little negative thoughts which say, “I can’t draw,” or “that looks silly.” These fun exercises aim to eliminate the inner critic to loosen you up, and to help you trust your intuitive and creative channels which are divinely inspired.

Draw your own spirit guide

Once you have begun to open up to and channel your spirit guide, this exercise will help you make an even stronger connection and to give you visual confirmation that your spirit guide is working with you. This is also great practice for the final exercise of drawing for someone else.

Draw and read for others

The culmination of the workshop will be drawing a spirit portrait for another person within the workshop. This exercise is a great way to practice what you have learned and to give and receive portraits with your fellow workshop students.
